I recovered/remade the sound. Not quite what it was, but ok.
Here it is, in A3kDisky/CDBonk format:

It's an organy type sound I made from sampling a note from the Yamaha 
FB-01 (my £10 weapon) with A3k FX as it goes in. A bit of LP filter with 
res and a trem + thickened out with a couple default sine wavs...

My disks are working again.
For a while..
I now have 2 disks in the A3k and saving to both.
