I scanned them all and did my best to clean them up, but the scanner has 
had a problem with the bulb for ages (colour or greyscale comes out with 
very bad patching towards the edges which takes ages to fix on images)

As I used to scan and update documents long ago for document management 
systems, I do know a thing or two about digital imaging. Shame I don't 
know three or more ;)

Must replace scanner...
