looking for a web developer, know anyone?

Hey guys,

I'm looking for a front-end web developer to add full-time to our  
team... of course looking locally but if you guys know someone who has  
been looking for an excuse to move to Holland and has the chops (combo  
of coding and design plus 'getting' what the net is about) - then get  
him in touch with me :)

Oh! And that person should have some affinity with sustainable  
development... environment, health, society, those kind of subjects.
