Afaik, it means that for 180USD, you get the development tools and a
tonecore pedal to upload your code. Allowing you to fiddle and play with one
effect at the time.
Now imagine you do a fab-ass distortion and wonderful filter and you want to
have both. no need to purchase a SDK (you have it) so you just get a second
pedal at 35 bucks and use it.
Other scenario. Your distortion is so good the world wants it. No worries,
you buy the pedals at 34 bucks, upload your code to it and sell them back to
100 USD, which is the price of line6's own tonecore line.
Pretty close to Jay's model innit ?
Note there are tonecore delays so I guess you have some delay memory in it.
