its all in the STABILITY of the clock.  The one thing all digital
audio systems take for granted is a stable clock.  without
that...everything breaks down.

Now, there is clock that is 'good enough' which is whats used in most
products.  Why? to cut cost.  For myself, I know I dont have the ears
that will notice the difference and i am not doing commerical
production so if it sounds ok..why mess with it?
