dunno. i've never had fresh and this is my first year growing them.

difficult to say. i love roasted/grilled red bell peppers. banana
peppers are nice for stuffing or pickling. poblano for stuffing. dried
mexican chili's (pasilla, ancho, guajillo) are to die for! drying them
just makes their flavo(u)r more intense.
