Freebox Config

Anyone from France here?
  I'm trying to help my girlfriend setup her new Freebox wifi router box and I am at a complete lost since I can't read french and my girlfriend is not that computer literate. To top it off I've been trying to set it up for her remotely since i'm in Canada. 
   
  I figured out the ip of the box is 192.168.0.254 but how do I log into it to change passwords and configure it? I tried opening up a browser and entering the address but that doesn't seem to work. the router does not seem to be any thing I am familiar with.
