I don't know about Tunecore's regulations but CD Baby is not 
exclusive... except don't go to the many download services partnered 
with CD Baby, example iTunes, iSound, etc.  If CD Baby doesn't send 
files to Tunecore, then it's OK with CD Baby if you sign up there.
