Impossible to assume that, depends on the new features and the bugs.  I
dread to think of the potential overhead all this extra security
checking causes, phising stuff, bad sites, blocking lists etc,etc,etc
... It almost dictates that a modern browser is going to be bloatware no
matter how good the development is.
