I knew about that report before I left Zurich... But as you certainly 
know from your own experience, one has to leave his previous "comfort 
zone" to really appreciate its values.

It's also important to notice that Mercer make a good distincion between 
  the quality of living in a city vs. the personal, subjective quality 
of life...
