well basically there is this battle between Concensus
and Oppression

We-The-People are really Concensus-lovers and the 'thirteen-families'
are basically Oppression-lovers

and as long as We-The-People allow the families to divert ourselves
and therefore undermine our concensus, the families will win

so it is up to us (no familiy-members on this bar i assume) what will
happen next...
