the USA politic is perceived by a whopping portion of the world; insular 
and blinkered.

(by personal introspection, I mean he does his best to attempt empathy 
with others positions, or even the supposed enemy of the moment, but 
only has the capacity, or will, to examine and gather such information 
from within his own, tiny 'box', lol)

Either that, or he is just another sociopath in the chain of command.
(there are so many in politics!!!!)
