I must say that most of the work was already done for me.  I just
arranged the samples that I got.

and click on "create Nemesis track" you can play around with the
samples.

I didn't make my track from that Flash player though although I did have
a first attempt doing it from here but it's too crude.

I downloaded the individual instrument swf files and used a program to
get the audio out of that into wav format.  They are actually 22kHz
samples so not a huge top end but fine for ambient.

I then mixed, looped and arranged the samples in Adobe Audition.  Some
mastering and voila!

It's a good website with nice info on the synths used.  Analogue
goodness too :D
