Yeah. On this side of the story transport is so expensive (and every 
link of the chain rips off as much as possible) that it is cheaper to 
fly in the lamb from Australia or New Zealand than to lob lambs on a 
truck to the abattoir then down to the shop.

I am within walking distance of 'the lambs', but can't generally afford 
to eat them. Maybe once or twice a month. It has pretty much doubled in 
price over about a year. I love lamb chops!!
