Some chillis are ok with the seeds, but the hotter varieties are a bit 
like leaving in the lemon pips in a salad. Too bitter.
I've seen top chefs on the telly doing this, squeeze the lemon into 
salad, pips and all. "More intense flavour"

Reminds me not to eat at the expensive restaurants :)
