Generally, by the blind ;)

Just the other week, my other half discovered that someone who was in
charge of distributing funds for the NE of Scotland in various areas
returned £6,200,000 meant to refurbish childcare facilities due to
failure to allocate, not due to lack of need. Something went wrong,
nobody got anything and all that money goes back to the executive.

On the other side of the coin is the mismanagement which is causing the
closure of numerous, some even historical, schools (one is Victorian
with the largest domed glass ceiling in Aberdeen, has Art Deco period
features and is listed) Various others are closing, one that is closing
had a pedestrian/school crossing recently built (not cheap), even though
it's closing! Yet still a Labour dickhead councillor is telling BBC news
that none of them will close until the money problems are ironed out.
Which at best is a stretch of the truth and in my eyes is deception on
the lying level.

The Victorian swimming baths are to be closed, another pool somewhere
else. Fair enough, a new Olympic pool is appearing somewhere, but
doesn't that cost more?

If Aberdeen is any indication of the rest of the countries money
streams, it is looking like someone is running about creating random
dams and someone else is frantically kicking them down. When they
finally bump into one another, they can't understand due to language
barriers and the interpreter only speaks Italian..

;)
