Duran Duran

So, Duran Duran finished their Red Carpet Massacre tour tonight, and 
what better place to do it than Malta? :)

They played like three songs from their new album, in the middle some 
songs from when they were split up, and for the rest every imaginable 
hit song they ever had. Suffice to say, we had a really great time. :)

And a good show it was, too! It just goes to show the difference between 
the supports acts (the keyboard player of Cutting Crew, with just an 
acoustic guitar; and local Ira Losco, whose two redeeming features of 
being very cute and playing the keys were more than offset by her band 
yanking those damn electric guitars close to my ears' pain threshold), 
and those who made it big, and still rock after all those years.
