Just sussed out that the Korg driver supports 4 independent Midi out 
ports via Host specific F5 0-3 command.
So that's a pretty reliable 4 port midi out interface with just a few 
lines of extra code. The 2101 has 512byte I/O buffers, so with another 
PIC pin, it should be possible to use these with CTS/RTS instead of just 
hoping it never chokes.. I think ??
