I suggested one of these bolt-on thing's might be fun to a mate and he's 
only gone and done it:

It's a POS bike, near impossible to pedal up a hill because of the fixed 
gear and weight of 1000 virgins, but with a 59cc engine in it, funny...

That petrol tank should be about 4" to the fore.
And the tailpipe could do with moving.
