VSTs over Ethernet?

Once again my envy of the pc-only vst dblue glitch has got the better  
of me. I'm not switching away from logic on the mac just for one  
plugin, but I do have a spare pc here. Can anyone think of a better  
workflow than burning a load of loops to cd-r, glitching then burning  
to send back by 'sneakernet'. The pc has a soundcard but no speakers.  
It does have Ethernet though. I also have the opion of using parallels  
on the mac. Any suggestions?
