I guess I could. Do you have more good leads? the Doepfer site has  
some interesting stuff, then there is always that old DIY Sequencer  
(which is not what I am looking for).

We have a huge ANT mixer (TRS800), similar to this image, minus the

, with lots of spare faders -- I was thinking it might be sort of nice  
to build a controller out of those loooong faders?
