Yes, I figured as much. You can do it in as 'little' as 12 hours, if 
you're willing to travel to Hannover first.

Perhaps you should consider taking a flight... maybe from Vienna to 
D?sseldorf International, take the S-Bahn to D?sseldorf Hbf, take the 
ICE to Arnhem, take a normal train to Ede-Wageningen, beg Gert for a ride?

Hmm, or perhaps not bother. :)
