MPG to MOV (For Live7)

Hi all - just doing a xbase999 demo video. Trying to import the video into
Live but it only accepts MOV files.  Is there a quick way to convert my MPG
into MOV?

 

Otherwise I'll just do it in MS Movie Maker.

 

I googled it but it gets a bit dull doing to half a dozen sites offering
"free" converter that end up not being free..
