Pure Joy (Oakley Multiladder Filter)

I've to admit there were moments where I wasn't sure if I needed a
choice of multiple ladder filters.
While my MOTM-490 sounds quite "moogish" (I like Jürgen's design) and
certainly has it's character (which I like too) my Oakley Multiladder
once again won hands down when I tried to get this heartbeat-like
sound which I need for this soundtrack we're currently working on.
Just feeding a very low frequency asymmetric rectangular pulse from an
Oakley VCO (I modified mine to cover a range of about 11 Octaves in
one turn, if I want to) into the Oakley Multiladder and there you go.
Any extras I'm doing in this patch is just the icing on the cake
(which would be necessary with any filter), but the basic patch is
just a single lead!
I love it ... that was really easy! :-D

And now I'd be really curious what the Oakley Overdrive could do for
me (don't have one) - I just fed the signal through the tube preamp
(Crunch Master) for some roughness.

    :-) Michael.
