Hm.  I think the new instruments are based on Applied
Acoustics' plugins - Ultra Analog, Lounge Lizard and String
Studio.  Those are among the best-sounding softsynths I've
used, and if I'm right, Live's become a powerful
all-rounder.

String Studio especially is nigh-astonishing.
