So, I Took an ABX Test

One of those blind tests where you're presented with a wave
file, a compressed version of that file {in this case, 192
kb/s VBR} and a third file that's either the wave or the
MP3.  You have to guess which one "X" is.

Well, I got trounced.  I scored 12 out of 16 on the first
test, an Autechre song, but 7 out of 16 for an Animal
Collective track and a Mozart piece.  I wished for a "pass"
button, just because in the majority of cases, I simply
couldn't tell the difference.

I maye not have golden ears, but they're pretty good -
this test really has me rethinking the value of your 320kb
MP3s.
