I sold my first electric guitar in 1981. 
I got it in 1980. It was a secondhand 
"Custom Les Paul" for some ?100.
I did not know much about electric 
guitars at the time, and I am sure I 
haven't been able to appreciate it for 
what it was. Anyhow, I sold it a year 
later, and I still regret it. I have 
another, very good Epiphone Les Paul 
since years, but still...

My first synth was an MS-20. I still 
have it. I bought it in 1981. I think 
it's from 1979 or something. Great synth.
Very funny how everyone used to tell me 
in the eighties that it sucked because 
it didn't sound "phat" enough. Hehehe...
