West Germany (neat Kottbusser Tor) (often some very nice AntiFolk)
Watergate (near Oberbaumbridge) (techno, electro, at the waterfront.  
pretty cool when you stay until the sun rises)
Ballhaus Kreuzberg (also close to Kottbusser Tor) (many different  
styles, concerts)

or these venues:

Ballhaus Naunynstrasse (in Kreuzberg on Naunynstrasse) - Art venue,  
sometimes they have great exhibitions and concerts of experimental stuff

Gallery "Kleintierklinik" (Falkensteinstrasse, also Kreuzberg) - a  
small gallery run by a friend of mine. I'm not sure if he has an  
exhibition right now
