I'm tired of seeing the same shapes in guitars and basses.
No-one is trying anything new there either.

Take alook around and you'll see remakes of things like 'andy summers'
guitar. I mean they even scratch off all the paint, and rust the parts, I
mean WTF?

My point is, no-one seems to be striving for new ground with *any* musical
instrument at the moment. Everyone seems happy with re-creating the past and
making money from it.

But then, this is not a new view point, it's one of my pet hates :-)
