Another nice thing about the USB class compliance, if you need more DIN plug MIDI, you can use a USB to din midi adapter. The smaller mioXM let's you plug in a USB hub to get more USB connections. So what will be fun, can I route both the Presonus 32R and the mioXL over a single ethernet cable? I got a nice ethernet socket where the synths are, and another one where the desk is, so it could be super tidy. Three streams, regular TCP/IP for the mixer control (OSC, I guess?), RTP MIDI and 32 channels of AVB… a regular gbit switch should work, right?

I have a mioXL and mioXM currently in the studio. I like it a lot now that it's set up but it was a bit wonky getting it there. The timing over Ethernet is fantastic. If you have any particular questions let me know.
