shocks come more frequently and most sadly become routine. In
light of

this, I've been thinking a lot about Gert in particular and the
Bar in
<br>
general. I just want to say, before anyone else slips away, you
all
<br>
are very important to me and I have tremendous respect for this
group
<br>
- Each of you as individuals, us as a group, the discussions,
and even
<br>
the arguments. I cherish all of these things and I intend to be
more
<br>
active going forward and not just read from the sidelines.
