The eclectic mix of this list is apparent in the posts I've seen whilst lurking the last few weeks 😊<br>
<br>
So, musically, my first real love was pirate radio, as a kid, living east of London - a bit of a hotbed for the soul and dance scene that would spawn the house, techno and rave generation of the late80s and early 90s.<br>
<br>
I appreciate the message, theme or concept of most music, but electronica is my passion. Especially that which has a seminal position in the chronicles of electronic music production.<br>
<br>
Cutting a long story short I decided to see what all the fuss about synth and drum machines was all about, developed a bit of a hardware habit in recent years, and am now waiting to build a dedicated home project studio - mainly analogue, but plenty VST also.<br>
<br>
Oh, and I've learnt a bit about repairing, maintaining and modding the flippin' stuff too. Painful at times, but hugely satisfying to save a vintage unit.<br>
