> i m curious to see the unkown (yet) Vaughan analogue band ! :)
>

Well I'm really going to try hard to support them both if they want to get serious about making music. Probably, in their teens, I'll take a back seat and all the gear will be theirs. It'll be a highly interesting angle of my old age, I'm quite sure.
Its one of the reasons I want to start doing a "Cover Band" philosophy with my own music-making. I think its a great way to teach the kids to play.

They're both seriously into Kraftwerk. They absolutely love Modeselektor. Can't get enough Orbital, and absolutely love all the old classic synth tracks on my 80g iPod.

I can faithfully say that I look forward to their teens, both of them, and what that may bring in the creativity department, when it happens ..

This family, for example, is a source of high inspiration for our whole family (Christina also loves them, as do both boys):

> btw Do you think if they were girls they would react the same as your boys ?

Of course I can't say for sure, but I have a feeling that they would, as music knows no sex, and we are not sexists in the Vaughan-Limberk household - if you want to turn it on and play, the only thing that matters is your spiritual being, not your physical being .. and as a father I am devoted to encouraging my children to pursue their interests. I push things hard and fast; both of my kids have their own airplane collections, and both of them have free reign over all of my toys, and each of them have their favourite things to do with my synths.

Corben, right now, cannot be told not to play with the Vacoloco Monowave, for example. He loves the thing. I look forward to more toys being added to the collection, just so I can get my own chance to monowave on, and on ..
