why put so much space into the laptop?  just asking.  the firewire on  

the thing is quite ample for large datafiles, eh?  or do you have to  

carry a lot for the occasion?

I do keep most project files on external drives and really only current

ones on the machine. Some how I wind up taking up a lot of space, I'm

sure a lot of it has to do with all the applications I have. Final Cut

Studio is just gigantic with all the associated content files.<br>
