Also, it requires an app to sync the audio from it.   That's kinda stupid, since field recorders half the cost offer USB or you can just pop the SD card out.   I've got a 16GB card in mine at the moment.


also, I'd like to know how they deal with handling noise, since it looks like you'e holding it by the microphone.   It doesn't look like you could mount it on a standard tripod, either, which is something I often do with mine (set it up in the yard during late summer and get a symphony of cicadas and crickets!).
