I'd like to have a MIDI-sequencer like the one in Elektron Octatrack but with 16 tracks instead of 8 and minus the audio/sampling stuff.

- step (x0x style)
- realtime
- pattern/song-structure
- 8-16 midi parameters editable per step
- easily backed up to sd cards
- 2-4 MIDI outs
- 2 MIDI ins (keyboard, pad thingie etc.)
- USB
- an interface fully dedicated to sequencing
- etc...

Having really fun just twiddling with the A4 without a computer, wish I could incorporate the other synths as well without having to sell a leg and get the Octatrack :-)
