big can be cool :) i usually think of romain gros as romain-the-tall-dude.

the word has been distorted in english from that original meaning, but
we pronounce the ss on the end, so it's only the same as your name
when written down, assuming you say it with a silent 's', unlike regional
variants like boulez :)
