DFM-1 vst

Hi Guys

I'm close to completion (eindlich!) of the VST port for Tony's DFM-1.
Right now all seems good except I still need to implement the hi/lo
pass switch so it's 'stuck' in LPF mode (unless you change it from
within the host itself).

I'd be interested to know if there's any daw-usability issue so if you
guys could give it a spin and report any oddities, that'd be great
help.
