Glass cleaners decided that weather was OK, not too windy. Found out a bit later, yes, it is too windy. System didn't want to raise up anymore. Bailed through an empty apartment. Tied it up, left for the weekend... a few hours later it untied and started spinning and smashing. Police, fire dept, etc... they tied it up for now. But quite a mess! The glass cleaning system is total loss and one apt has lots of broken windows.
