To be honest, I don't really care about their software. For one, AFAIK, it
only runs under OSX (which I think is stupid, not that I have anything
against OSX but these days, targeting one Os is just plain idiot).

As a controller, I find it really mesmerizing. If I understood well each
keys has poly pressure and some kind of vibrato which means - if it's
standard midi cc - it can be hooked up in very interesting ways.

I agree the alpha is one sexy mama... but 4K is a pretty hefty price I'm
not ready to fork, even if it seems the build quality is way up there and
kinds of justifies it. I'm just wondering if the pico could come handy as a
controller for live gigs - with the skewed pov that I don't play
instruments :)
