I've got (and used a little) Espresso but I've found that the combination of MacVim, CSSEdit (from the same people as Espresso), Transmit and terminal to be more effective than having all the tools bundled in one application.  MAMP (www.mamp.info) is good for testing locally before deploying to a server.
