Well, I had a chance to play with both.

Very impressed with the iPad2, nice and smooth. worked well.
Also had a chance to play with motorola zoom, it sucked, very slow
And I got to play with the asus eepad transformer, again, worked well,
very smooth.

Only thing I liked over the ipad2 over the transformer was the 3G slot
The thing I liked about transformer over the ipad2 was it being 200 quid less!
