Well there seem quite some Tunisian who look like happy to the idea of dissolving RCD… now…

One more resigned coming from opposition (all 3 were from the syndicate UGTT)
One RCD minister resigned to calm things down.

@Slim404 twitted live from the ministry council today.

http://twitter.com/#!/slim404 (in French and Arabic)

Main points:
- schools and universities to open monday
- police to evacuate from universities
- members of the cabinet who are RCD have not quit RCD but resigned from all their positions inside it.
- the remains of Net censorship are on the way to go (technically easier to say than to do seemingly) as some protocols and IPs are still blocked. Slim will meet the Interior minister tomorrow on this issue.
- state property given to RCD is taken back
- about 30 members of Ben Ali's family have been arrested and are investigated
- Foreign investors have spoken they support the democratic effort and keep with their forthcoming investment
- France, Germany and Switzerland block Ben Ali's assets (note for France see below)
- World bank, ECB and African Bank support the government
- They have the support of all the other arab countries, even the Saudis.
- The crisis has taken away 3% of BIP already
- all in the government hate Ben Ali, even the RCD guys. (seriously)
- The justice ministry issued an international mandate against BA.
- All phone taping now must be backed by justice
- All the resigned won't be replaced for now.

Can't tell for Germany, Switzerland is blocking totally eventual assets of Ben Ali. France it's a little bit different : we officially "watch over suspect movements" (so BA family members in France can use their credit card and pay the Palaces they are in ;o) and the authorities can block the suspect movements 2 days to investigate.
