Yup!  Got a good price negotiated, we are going to stay here.  Its great for the boys - the lake, the apple orchard, the local village, the vicinity and ease-of-access to the city of Vienna, the Donau, me being able to walk to work in 10 minutes, and so on .. the only hassle is that there isn't really a great situation for me to set up my home studio, but I'm working around that.  The boys are the priority, anyhow.
