Hm. The way that Wikileaks is releasing the cables is to The NYT, the UK based Guardian and the German Spiegel.

These publications evaluate the cables, pick them apart, I believe then they go into a public release.

They are releasing all cables. Just not all of them at once. it's the order we can dispute, not the selection.
