I've got plenty of gear with SCSI and it can be a real pain. The drives are noisy both acoustically and electrically. For instance, before I record something with my FZ-20m I have to turn the drive off there's so much electrical mush added to the audio out.

I'm not sure how much RAM it has, maybe only 4MB, but that's 3 or 4 floppies as it is so I really don’t need any more. My Mirage only has 128k! The 8 bit sampling option could be great though. Grungy samples here we come.
