That paper is brain rot and old wives tales.
My g'damn mother keeps sending my son clippings from it she thinks might 
interest him; he puts them straight in the bin. I don't even have to 
tell him it's crap. But we still love her, in a distant, slightly 
irritated, family type way ;)

suck. Taste of chemicals! Nanny state ruined my Hobnobs! Made whisky too 
expensive to drink! Covered up pedo ministers! Trying to triple tax and
