Mackie Universal Control Pro

It actually might be a dumb thing to move for a couple of reasons. It works perfectly, it's built like a tank, and it's never given me any trouble. The problems I have with it are:

If I don't sell it now, it will be pretty much completely worthless in 12 months.
There isn't any support for it any longer and it won't work with Vista.
It's huge. I'm really tight on desk space and the Mackie is about 1/2 the size for the same number of sliders.
The motorized sliders are a little noisey. This is an extremely minor quibble that never has really been an issue in practice.
Cubase is my main recording software and it seems that everytime they upgrade Cubase, some functionality of the SAC isn't implemented.
I recently scored a Mackie C4 for chips so adding the main unit kind of makes sense.

This is one of those "upgrades" that might bite me in the ass but I have a gut feeling that it probably is the way to go. That's kind of why I was hoping someone had the Mackie to reassure me or dissuade me before I dropped the cash on it.

Out of curiosity, why are you getting rid of it?
