kenton midi/cv .. part 2.

Okay, thanks for the recommendation to get a Kenton MIDI/CV module for
our SH101's .. this is turning out to be just fine for sync purposes,
which was the major dilemna - although I personally enjoyed the
not-fully-sync'ed playing style of Stan, he'll be happier getting the
beat on now.

Only thing is, the mods required to do external control of filters -
anyone done this yet?  A bit undecided if I want to mod our SH101's
for such .. maybe we'll leave that side of things for performance.
