Pirats in city parliaments

in Münster (where I live)  and Aachen a pirate was elected into the  
city council yesterday.

Here the Pirateparty was only running in 18 of 33 electoral  
disctricts, but managed to get a 1.6% and one seat. in some of the  
districts (I believe two) they even went well over 5% (the threshhold  
the party needs to get over in order to enter the Bundestag on  
September 27th - but everywhere).

So congratulation, "cptmarco" - Klarmachen zum Ändern!
